Withdrawal, Return & Refund
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods for online orders. The complete withdrawal instructions are decisive.
For items that are actually made according to your individual specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB. This particularly applies to clearly personalized products, for example with name printing, your own text, or individual custom-made items.
A possible loss in value may be taken into account if the goods have been used beyond the inspection of their condition, properties, and functionality.
In the case of a valid legal withdrawal, the refund will be made according to legal requirements. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back.
Please keep the shipping receipt as proof until your return has been fully inspected and your request has been completed.
