Exchange period
We offer a voluntary exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods. There is no legal right to an exchange.
Exchange registration
Exchanges must be registered exclusively through our returns portal. Inquiries via Instagram, TikTok, or other social media will not be processed. Our customer service typically responds within 1-2 business days.

We do not accept packages sent without postage due.
Returns to the business address in Monheim am Rhein cannot be processed.
Exchange costs
Germany:
Once approved, we will provide a free DHL return label.
Abroad:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Packages sent collect will not be accepted.
Condition of goods
The goods must be in perfect condition, in particular:
– unworn and unused
– clean and without signs of wear
– in original packaging
– Labels and hangtags fully attached
Returned items that are not in perfect condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Exchange process
A direct exchange of one item for another is not possible. A new order must be placed for the desired item.
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected at the fulfillment center. The quality check can take up to 14 business days.
After successful verification, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded to the extent permitted by law.
