Returns are only possible within the framework of the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless there is an exclusion of the right of withdrawal.


Registration of return

All returns must be registered in advance via our returns portal.
Returns without prior notification cannot be processed.

Customer inquiries or return requests via Instagram, TikTok or other social media will not be processed.
Our customer service typically responds within 1-2 working days.

We do not accept packages sent without postage due.

Returns to the business address in Monheim am Rhein cannot be processed.


Return costs

Germany:
Returns are free of charge. After approval, we will provide a DHL return label.

Abroad:
The customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment. Packages sent collect will not be accepted.


Condition of goods

The returned goods must be in perfect condition, in particular:

– unworn and unused
– clean and free of odors
– in original packaging
– Labels and hangtags fully attached

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or returned at the customer's expense. Compensation for diminished value remains reserved.


Processing and refund

Once the return is received, it is checked at the fulfillment center.
The quality check can take up to 14 working days.

After successful completion of the examination, the purchase price will be refunded to the originally used payment method.
Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded to the extent permitted by law.


Note regarding print-on-demand items

For items that are individually produced using the print-on-demand process, there is no right of withdrawal or return according to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB once production has begun.
