Delivery times
Europe-wide: 2–5 working days
United States: 9–14 business days
As soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation via email. This email contains the tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment online at any time.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed transparently during the ordering process and depend on the destination country:
- Germany: from €3.95; free shipping on orders over €70
- Europe (EU): from €5.95; free shipping on orders over €70
- USA: from €9.95; free shipping on orders over €70
Please note that depending on the country, additional charges (e.g., customs duties, import taxes) may apply, over which we have no control. These costs are to be borne by the customer.
Return shipping costs
- For returns within Germany, we will provide you with a free DHL return label after reviewing your request. In these cases, we will cover the direct return shipping costs.
- For returns from abroad, we cannot provide a return label. In this case, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not accept collect shipments.
Please also note that returns must be sent exclusively to the Fulfillment Center in Essen; shipments to the business address in Monheim cannot be processed.
